Fluidraft is a CAD environment built only for microfluidics: drag parametric channels, valves and junctions together, click Simulate, and read real flow rates, pressures and residence times from a physically validated hydraulic solver — then export fab-ready GDSII. Catch the starved branch and the valve that can't seal before the fab invoice, not after.
The demo is the full product running client-side in one page. Nothing to install. Nothing is uploaded — your design never leaves your machine.

Every module is native to Fluidraft — same objects, same solver, same canvas — and independently licensed: buy any combination. Where two modules are present they compose: manufacturing limits constrain the generative search, droplet targets become search objectives.
Microfluidic CAD with a physically validated hydraulic solver: parametric channels, valves and junctions, real flow rates and pressures on click, fab-ready GDSII / STEP export.
Can this chip be made with the process you chose? Object-level DFM findings, a deterministic readiness grade with its logic on screen, tolerance-to-flow studies, a one-zip package for the shop.
State the target, allow-list what may change, set hard constraints — get ranked candidates, every one verified by the deterministic solver, accepted only by your explicit, undoable hand.
Regime, droplet size and frequency from cited, validated models that state their domain — and refuse to answer outside it. Operating maps, robustness, and a straight line to your fab's limits.
One tool for the whole loop between an idea and a mask file — with the physics attached to the geometry, not living in a spreadsheet next to it.
22 components — channels, serpentines, junctions, membrane valves, manifolds, droplet T-junctions, chip-to-world fittings — with magnetic port snapping and interactive channel routing. Geometry regenerates deterministically from parameters, on an integer-nanometer grid.
Steady-state 0D/1D hydraulic network solve with exact rectangular-duct resistance and process-true cross-sections. Pressure, flow, velocity and Reynolds overlays; live flow playback at true branch velocities. Every assert in the validation suite is against closed-form hydraulics.
Monte Carlo over your fab's real tolerances with an error budget; species transport for gradient designs; RC transients for valve switching; and calibration that fits the model to measured operating points from your actual chip.
GDSII with a 1 nm database unit (KLayout-ready), DXF, SVG, CSV, a fabrication-readiness report with design hashes, true-scale STL, true B-Rep STEP (OpenCascade kernel, process-true cross-sections) and an OpenFOAM case scaffold for the day you need field CFD.
Three render styles, orthographic and perspective cameras, section planes, measuring and dimensioning, layer explode, PNG snapshots — and a one-click MP4 recording of your simulation with the telemetry burned in, ready for a group meeting.
A design assistant that reads your project and its solved physics, and may only propose changes — you apply them. Metered per licence, server-side. No API keys ever ship in the product, and everything else works with the AI off.
Fluidraft is sold the way professional CAD is sold: subscribe, download, and run it on your own machine. Pay monthly, or pay for the year in one go and get two months free. Your licence is a signed file — it works behind lab firewalls and never phones home during its term.
Buy on each module's page: FABRIX · ASSAYFORGE · DROPLET LAB
Degree-granting institutions pay half, verified by institutional e-mail: Core $39/mo · $390/yr, each module $24/mo · $240/yr, Full Suite $94/mo · $940/yr. For research and teaching — commercial services need a standard licence. Write from your institutional address to fluidraft@aliantico.com.
How buying works. Checkout is online and secure (Stripe); after payment your signed licence file (.fldlic) arrives by e-mail from fluidraft@aliantico.com — usually within a few hours, always within one business day. Install it from the licence chip inside the app; activation is fully offline. Prefer an invoice first? Just write to us. Full terms: the End User Licence Agreement.
The honest terms, in plain words. While your subscription runs, everything works, fully, offline. If it ends, Fluidraft switches to the free watermarked evaluation mode: every project still opens, nothing is deleted, and everything you already exported stays valid — your data is never held hostage. Renewing restores full access instantly, offline, with a new licence file. And before you pay a cent, the evaluation mode is the complete product with a watermark on exports — take as long as you need.
No countdowns, no invented scarcity, no fake reviews. Fluidraft launched in 2026 and has no testimonials yet — we won't write our own. Founding prices rise only against shipped capabilities, never against a calendar, and never for renewing subscribers.
Fluidraft is scoped on purpose — we'd rather you find the edges here than after buying. The full list is a page of its own: what Fluidraft doesn't do.
